When you purchase your tickets through the BLOCKCHAINCON ticket system, make sure you know and accept the following:
When using the services of the ticket office, the holder gives his consent in accordance with the provisions of Law 29733 on the Protection of Personal Data (LPDP), according to which he declares to know and accept that his personal data integrate the database, granting the authorization for: automated treatment, communication actions and the use for current or future services or products, developed by Blockchaincon.
The consumer knows and consents that by accepting the “terms and conditions”, their personal data will be transferred to the company responsible for the event, who may use them for advertising purposes. The consumer may revoke the consent granted at any time by contacting the company through the email hola@blockchaincon.la

If the date of the event varies due to any circumstance, the tickets will be valid for the final date set and reported by Blockchaincon. The rescheduling of the event in no case entitles the consumer to claim a refund of the value of the ticket.
If the event is suspended or canceled, the consumer will have the right to request a refund of the value of the ticket exclusively. These returns do not include tickets, lodging or any other extra expense that has been made regardless of the ticket.
The consumer has the right to revoke the acceptance during a period of 7 (seven) calendar days from the date the contract is entered into, without any liability, unless the ticket has already been used. This power can not be dispensed or waived. Any claim must be exercised exclusively before the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to add, modify or substitute speakers, varying the programs, prices and locations published, as well as the capacity of the auditorium, as this is timely informed.
The Organizer reserves the right of admission and permanence.
Before entering the event, spectators may be subjected to a check by security personnel, preventing entry to those who refuse to receive it, without entailing any responsibility or consequence for the Organizer.
The event ticket system allows customers to purchase tickets through the Internet and also by direct sales through digital channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram, if the Organizer communicates it through its official communication channels.
The Ticket purchaser is responsible for checking, accepting and confirming the terms and conditions of their purchase prior to making it, including without limitation: (i) the description and specification of the event for which the Tickets were purchased, (ii) the terms and conditions of delivery, (iii) prices and payment terms, (iv) additional costs and charges. Therefore, before completing your purchase, please carefully review the desired event, section and location, since once your purchase is confirmed, changes, refunds and/or returns are not allowed for this reason.
The confirmation of the purchase that you make with your credit or debit card or the transfer of cryptocurrencies is subject to the authorization of the issuing company.
Tickets will only be considered valid to enter the event as long as they are purchased through the official ticket system. To avoid situations such as illegal resale, counterfeiting, use of stolen tickets, tickets with double access, among others, we recommend that you buy your tickets only through the official online sales system and those that are conveniently communicated through the official channels of the event, if were the case.
Tickets may not be used in any case for resale and/or commercial or promotional application without the prior written authorization of the Organizer.
